Here I will line out what I actually need to solve

The problem is quite common. I'm going to build a new application which I ment to be very modular, and needs to have a common layout and it's important that it  is manageable idependently from the businessmodules. And also web-editors want to have content hat are presented in the application. Some text migth also be delivered from the CMS.

I want this POC to utilize the REST Pattern for services
