Here's some words for how to use Confluence
The first this to do is to register your self. Just go to the Sign up and register and your ready.
If you want to get a e-mail when content are added or changed, just watch it. You can choose between watch a single page or watching the whole space.
If you want to watch a single page go to Tools, Watch. The you will se that the envelope is highligthet, and the page is watched. If you want to un-watch, just click it again.
If you want to watch a page family, you selects Tools, Watch Page Family. Then the current page and all children of it are watched
